Upon receipt of your jersey it takes about 1-2 weeks for production.
Once your order is ready we will ship it back to you by UPS on Standard Service. We will send you the tracking number once it has left the building!

Shipping is FREE! If you live locally, you can always drop off and pick up still – that will always be an option.
No problem! You can select the option to have your old kit removed and we will do our best to take off your kit and replace. Should we receive your jersey and notice any issues that could happen – we will call you right away to discuss.
We customize all NHL team jerseys – are you not sure about a certain style? Email us or when placing your order, upload a photo. If there is an issue, we will call you.
Our number kits are stitched through all colours and then the kit is heat applied to your jersey for stability and then the final sew is stitched to your jersey.
Yes you can! Please check out our CSG Number Kits which are offered in either unsewn or sewn versions.
What is the difference?
UNSEWN KITS = delivered to you with all layers fused together only, no sewing and you can do as you wish
SEWN KITS = delivered to you with all layers sewn and then a heat activated glue is applied to the back of it all so you can fuse the kit to your jersey with a heat press.

A kit is what we call a Number Kit which includes a Name, Numbers and C or A to dress up your jersey.
Once your order is placed you will receive a UPS shipping label and commercial invoice (for US residents) by email.
